Conferences, meetings, business matters

Events and conferences are supported by our professional team, with sophisticated rooms and special gastronomical services. On the first floor of the hotel, on a size of 262 square meters, our modern, airconditioned Balaton great hall can accommodate 180-250 people and is suitable for various conferences, receptions, balls, exhibitions, product shows, or weddings. Its ceiling height allows placing any kind of decoration or scenery. If required, coffe breaks and meals can be arranged. The SunGarden’s 6 section rooms can accommodate 30-70 people (30-80 m 2), and can be adapted and furnished according to your needs. All of them are air-conditioned, naturally lit and can be darkened. Our renewed WIFI network provides now the perfect internet access throughout the hotel (halls, lobby, rooms, and terrace). Our business centern is designed for our business guests and it is equipped with a computer corner.

Technical equipment: Podium/ stage, lectern, built-in sound system, projector, slideshow, video-, and cd-player, desktop and cordless microphones, PC projector, overhead projector, plasma TV, projector screen, flipchart, office technology (ADSL, photocopying, Fax, Internet, PC).
