The public areas of our hotel are accessible by wheelchair and we have 2 rooms that are suitable for our Guests with disability. Also, there is an elevator for our Guests with disability next to the stairs in the lobby, which can be used by contacting our reception staff. 

Should you need an adapter for international use please contact our reception.

We can provide you with a dental set, shaving set, shower gel at the reception for a fee. 

Each room is individually controlled, but has a centrally controlled air conditioning. You can change the temperature using the wall-mounted control panel. If you want to turn off the air conditioning, please set it to a higher temperature.

When using the air conditioning system, please keep the windows and doors closed. Otherwise the cooling will be automatically switched off. If you have any questions about it, please contact the reception staff.

If you require an alarm-call, you can request it at the reception.

Baby cot is provided free of charge. Please, contact the reception staff, if you require it.

The bar on the ground floor of our hotel awaits its guests between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.

For our adult guests a bathrobe is provided in the wardrobe of the rooms that is free of charge. 

If you need to depart early, we are happy to offer you a breakfast package. If you need this service, please indicate it the previous day until 8 p.m.

Breakfast is included in room rate and is available in the restaurant between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. On request, breakfast can be served in your room for a service charge. Please make your breakfast request at the reception before 8 p.m.

To request additional seats, please contact our reception.

Bed linens are changed every 3 nights. In case you wish to have them changed more often, please let our colleagues at the reception know. 

On the day of departure the room is available until 11 a.m. Please contact the reception, if you require a late check-out that can be provided depending on occupancy for an extra charge.

There is a playroom and a separate changing room on the ground floor of our hotel. Also, you can find a play boat in our garden. Moreover, we can provide your child with baby cot or travel cot, baby bath, as well as with step stool and electric kettle. For food warmer options, please ask at the reception. 

Daily cleaning is carried out between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. If you do not require cleaning, please hang the card at the door knob. 

The hotel’s conference halls, section rooms and outdoor venues can accommodate up to 250 guests and offer the ideal venue for local and international conferences, professional meetings, professional trainings, exhibitions, showrooms and balls. For more information, please contact our reception.

According to the escape route in the room.

In case of personal injury, our colleagues comply with first-aid. Also, first-aid boxes can be found both at the wellness and the hotel reception.

The fitness park in the hotel’s garden is equipped with outdoor fitness equipment. Use equipment at own risk!

Our hotel puts great emphasis on catering for the dietary needs of all our guests. Therefore, if you demand any special meals please ask a member of our restaurant staff or let us know about your needs at the reception.

Please turn to our reception for the necessary equipment if you wish to play darts, table tennis, xbox or board games. Also, there is a petanque curt in our garden. Similarly, you can request the necessary equipment at the reception free of charge.

Hair dryers can be found in the bathrooms.

Brochures, maps, bus and train schedules, current wellness and restaurant offers are available at the reception.

Wireless internet is at your disposal free of charge in every area of our hotel. You can find the password on your key card or you can ask our staff for assistance.

You can use your key card to open your room, the barrier and the gate. In case of loss, we will charge a surcharge of 5000 HUF.

Each room has a minibar, which is refilled daily and charged to the room bill by our staff.

Closed parking spots are available for a fee.

There is a pen and notebook in our rooms. Please, feel free to let us know if you need anything else.

Our hotel is pet-friendly and we can accept a limited number of pets (only dogs) in designated rooms for a charge. Your pet will be provided with a feeding and watering tray and a comfortable bed in the room. Any damage caused by the pet is the responsibility of the guest. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and in the wellness area.

The reception can be reached dialling 5 from your room. Outgoing calls can be made from the room phone for a fee after pressing 0.

Photocopying and printing is available at the reception for a charge.

If you require additional pillows or blankets, please contact the reception. For your comfort we can provide different pillows: mite-stop, viral-stop or feather pillow.

There is a playground in the garden, which can be use at your own risk.

The children’s playroom on the ground floor of the hotel awaits its little guest all day long.

Our wellness world offers a cosy indoor adventure pool, hot tub, paddling pool, outdoor relaxation pool (seasonal).

A list of ore-programmed radio-stations can be found in the hotel’s TV menu.

Our colleagues are available 24/7. The reception can be reached dialling 5 from your room. 

The Liliom Restaurant of our hotel is open every day between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Breakfast is between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m., a’la carte between 12.a.m. and 3 p.m., dinner between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.

It is available between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. for a fee. Breakfast is available until 11 a.m. Later on you can choose from the Garden Food and salad dishes on the a ’la carte menu of our restaurant LILIOM, which can be found on the Hotel TV menu.

You can find a safety box with instructions in the wardrobe. A central safe at the reception is available free of charge. We cannot be held responsible for valuables and money left unlocked and outside the central safe.

Sauna sheets can be requested at the wellness reception.

Our sauna world with Finnish, infra- and bio-saunas, steam shower helps you to refresh and relax. 

A sewing kit is provided in the room. In case of any major damage to your clothes, please contact the cleaning lady or the receptionist.

There is a shoeshine machine available in the lobby and a shoeshine kit in the wardrobe of all rooms.

It can be requested at the reception for a fee.

Our hotel is a dedicated non-smoking hotel. Please do not smoke inside the hotel, in the rooms on the balconies of the rooms. Please note that smoking may trigger the fire alarm system. A surcharge of one night will be applied for smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

The sun deck is accessible from the pool area.

You can ask for a cab at the reception.

You will find a list of pre-programmed Hungarian and international channels in the Hotel TV menu. Hotel TV provides you with all necessary information about our hotel.

There will be one small and one large towel provided for each person. If you wish to have your towels changed, please leave them on the bathroom floor. Wellness towel and sauna sheets are provided in the wellness area.

You can request at the reception for a fee.

You can request an umbrella at the reception. Please make sure to return them when you get back.

If required, please contact the cleaning lady or the receptionist. The pricelist and the laundry bag are in the wardrobe. (If the drop-off time is before 9 a-m-. the textiles will be ready on the same day, except on weekends.)
